SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 1-4 business days (MON-FRI) start counting one (1) day after the order is paid (because of worldwide time difference). A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. For international tracked shipments, after processing expect a 3-14 business day delivery time for express, 8 - 60 working days for free shipping service. Our shop will not be held responsible/reliable for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided or delayed shipments (Due to any reason such as Christmas overload, COVID-19 etc.).

 

Please note that import taxes or others (VAT, custom clearance etc.) might be charged depending on your country and they are not included into the price. It is on your responsibility (feel free to contact us for any questions). The purchased goods are sent under DDU trading terms.

We usually ship with 4px (free shipping), and express with DHL, Fedex, EMS. In case your address is marked as REMOTE from DHL System we switch to alternative carrier without notification, the delivery time can then vary. If you wish to receive your parcel with different carrier, please contact our support center. Supported carriers: DHL Express, 1 Express, FEDEX, UPS, EMS, China Post. Any price difference to our DHL price must be paid by customer.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempts to client, all costs (return-shipping, custom etc.) plus a handling fee of USD 20.00 must be paid by client/or will be deducted from the refund. We kindly remind you, it is customer's obligation to receive and sign for the package.

Defect or broken delivered watches must be notifed us immediately after receipt or max. within 48 hours after receipt. It is the customers obligation to check the watch for its functionality after receipt. Without notification, the watch is considered as arrived in good condition and fully functional. After this time we replacement shipment, return shipment has to be paid by buyer. Thank you for understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY


You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for one time exchange, this policy apply to original list price buyer, we will not consider any exchange on discount items & custom made items (eg. custom made watch band / made to order items). Before returning the items, please notify us by e-mail. You are responsible to pay the return postage unless the items we send is in-correct, is damaged, or is missing parts. Item(s) which show clear signs of use is(are) not qualify to return. The purchase becomes effective upon the expiry of the 14-day return period. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

Incorrect sent items must be returned back before we can send out the correct one. You will receive a shipping instruction for that. Same apply for repair exchange watches. 

Damaged watch boxes or missing warranty card do not qualify for refunds. No refunds on customized watches.

Refund will be made upon arrival of the item in one of our dedicated addresses. Without a watch delivered back to us we are not able to refund. 

If item is defective upon receipt then entitled to full refund or replacement, must be reported to us within 48 hrs of receipt of item. Our team will find the best suitable solution for the issue.

Warranty – Any other defects or warranty claims then entitled to repair or replacement. Refund only if unable to repair. Postage covered by buyer. Return postage covered by IXDAO WATCH CO. Defect, broken delivered watches or stolen must be notified us immediately after receipt/knowledge or max. within 48 hours after receipt. We cannot refund orders with delivery status IN TRANSIT. The purchase contract between customer and seller becomes effective (with EU Law) after transfer of the funds to the seller. In case of force refund from third parties (PayPal, Credit Card Company etc.) the buyer is in debts to the seller and must settle the amount within 10 days after successful delivery. In case the buyer does not settle the outstanding amount, he breaks the purchase contract. Seller can claim compensation for damages, for delivered but unpaid purchases. A debt collection office in Europe can be hired. 

Watches can only be replaced with a new if unworn and new condition, used watches will be repaired.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Orders or orders can be cancelled at any time and the payment will be refunded 100%, if the order haven't been marked as processing in progress or shipped.
